Feedback:
Terrible company and customer service. People that work there are beyond incompetent and do not take their jobs seriously. I will never recommend them to anyone and would give 0 stars if I could.
Feedback:
Worst customer service I have ever received! DO NOT use Trinet for your HR needs! They are nothing but note takers, they lack follow-up skills and are very snobby.
Feedback:
My company just started using Trinet and it has not been a smooth process. Our account went live with out allowing us to sign up for or decline insurance. Holidays and time off requests were missing. Having issues now with the 401K enrollment. Seems to always be something and its only been a month. I hope it gets better.
Feedback:
Boiler room operation that ignores common courtesy and the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. Their Manager of Sourcing and Recruiting Operations, Geoff Peterson, keeps sending "recruiting" emails to our company's staff members. He outright states in his emails that he's harvesting their email addresses from LinkedIn and sending them unsolicited emails, which is illegal per the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. It's also morally grey at best to "scalp" sales professionals that are happy with their jobs, aren't publicly looking for work, and never solicited the help of a recruiting agency. It's outright illegal at worst, at least in this context. No matter how often our staff flags these emails as spam, they keep coming. Geoff Peterson should be ashamed of himself, and anyone looking to hire a recruiting agency should steer clear of one that wont obey basic laws and common decency.
Feedback:
The company I work for uses TriNet and I have always had positive experiences with them. They have always submitted my requests for PTO adequately and timely. Every time I had to contact customer service, the rep is always polite and thorough. I had an issue with my health benefits package a few months ago and within a few days it was all sorted out.
