After having my account compromise for the SIX tine at this bank here im again sitting at the lobby of the miramar branch waiting to get my new card and file another affidavit in 3 weeks ,,yes 3 weeks and 2 debit cards. If you want to avoid having a heart attack DO NOT DO BUSSINESS WITH THIS BANK ..and on top of all this i have been sitting here for 45 minutes now and nobody has come to help . This bank is the worth listen to me and avoid the headaches RUN FROM THIS BANK .

Wonderful experience learning about banking services at this branch. Branch Sales Manager, Maday Rodriguez, Senior Financial Specialist, Edgar Chang, and the teller team helped to make the process quick and smooth. Very efficient. All questions were answered. Treated like VIP from beginning to end.

Worst customer service ever. Their online banking system doesnt work. Good luck if you try to reach them over the phone.Editing my reviewAfter more than 30 days somebody answered the phone. I think her name is Sarah and she was great, very helpful.

Rotten credit union. If you make the mistake of joining, make sure you never have to dispute a debit transaction. It will ignored completely. Don't use their check deposit app either. They hold the funds for weeks. You can't blame me, you have been warned.

One of the workers there whose name is Oskar was so very helpful very nice young man and the people that work there they are the best this credit Union is so much better than space coast I give them a thumbs up.

HORRIBLE Customer Service ! HORRIBLE communication ! AVOID this company at all cost ! They do not even deserve one star.Every transaction takes for ever and the loan processing team for auto loans is totally unprofessional. Never answers a phone call. Not even replys to email ! STAY away ! There are a ton of other credit unions out there !
