I have been with Tropical for many years now and can’t imagine banking anywhere else. My car loan and credit cards are lower rates than other banks. The customer service at this branch is the reason I stay. I’m treated like I’m important, not just a number. Cierra and Sebastian are outstanding with any needs I may have!!

I made a purchase of a vehicle through Tropical Financial credit union i was referred through my job(ATECO) and this has been by far the best choice. The entire staff were so respectful, patience and very focus on my needs and what I wanted to achieve in the purchase. I refer all of my family and friends to them as they really give you the family feel and for that I appreciate them a lot.

I must admit I'm impressed and in awe with the treatment and response from the tropical finance team, specially Stephanie Velez, I'm a single father of 3 going through probably the hardest part of my life gaining stability, Stephanie has guided and pushed to get me situated and looking forward again financially.Thank you very much!

Thank you SO MUCH to Cierra Clark who helped me deposit my check from a shared branch - she did this AFTER HOURS AND I AM NOT EVEN A MEMBER OF THIS CREDIT UNION. I received much better service from Cierra and Tropical Credit Union than from my own University Credit Union at FIU. Maybe it's time for a change...

I have brought the credit union to our company (ATECO) to assist our employees with opening accounts in order for them to get credit. My employees are very happy with the service they are receiving from the Branch Manager, Steven Evans and his staffs. It provides the employees the opportunity to get loans and create a savings accounts without needing to go to the bank.

I have never belong to a Financial Institution with a staff with so professional, the dedication, knowledge, confidence and respect that help you solve your financial concerns and give the extra mile to give you the results expected, there still professionals with the desire to help the client on a timely manner. I want to express my full gratitude to all the staff during all these years of amazing service. This past week Mr. Steven help me with a special request which really exceeded my expectations. My mother has been a member for over 25 years and she finds this location the best! The tellers are so kind, knowledgeable, and amazing. They know my mother by name and even give my nieces and nephews lots of treats when we come through the drive through during weekly visits. The service is excellent and I am proud to be a member!

I called the Pines branch and spoke with Cierra, she assisted me in searching for a refund from Amazon, which was not processed. She was very helpful, courteous and patient in assisting me with my issue. 5 Star, on her customer Service skills.

They take their time to do everything. A 2minute transaction takes 10mins. They always give me a hard time to withdrawal my money. I had to wait until the teller was done with her breakfast to be helped.
