I tried to contact the branch by phone during their working hours and was unable to speak to a representative. Their phone system won't even allow you to speak to a representative if you don't have an account. Apparently they don't want new customers. I called 1-877-Trumark

I have been using the Trumark Financial Credit Union for nearly 15 years The Establishment is clean the staff is amazing they help you in any way they can and they're knowledgeable about the Credit Union's policies very efficient fast Pleasant place to spend and save your money. By the way if you do plan on checking Trumark out Ask for Joe... tell him Sally sent you

I can't say enough about how great the staff is at the Jenkintown branch!! They are personable and very attentive. I drive a few miles just to do my banking there.
