This Technology Company took money from my checking account using my visa debit card. And then the card reader terminal states my card is declined. And I check my checking account there is a balance over 580.00. I saw money taken out then put back. Truno better get its act together because I am not the only person complaining to Bank of America about your machines misreading a chip.
