Back in 2016 I purchased Susie's home cooking, now called Diner 67. I dealt with Tom O'Connor and his staff. I cant speak highly enough of the way they treated me. Tom was upfront and told me a hand shake is as good as your signature. As long as I kept my word as well. I made a minor mistake on a transaction and rightfully Tom had every right to ask me about it. I took care of it right away. He is a honest banker and all of his staff will treat you right. When I had proven my self to Tom, a year later I bought a house. No questions asked. He knew my word was golden. He and his staff have treated me like family. One thing i can guarantee, if you are a man of your word, Mr. O'Connor will keep his word.

This bank screwed me over massively. Had everything approved and a closing date set, THEY ordered title work and made me put them on my insurance, then they backed out at the last minute, costing me THOUSANDS of dollars. Tom O'connor is a liar and not trustworthy, claimed he was a MAN OF HIS WORD, and wouldn't put anything in writing because he said we could TRUST him. We were up front with him about EVERYTHING, and when something came up we didn't know would have anything to do with the loan, he backed out, refusing to give us the opportunity to correct it, even though we did within 12 hours! If you do anything with this bank, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING RIGHT AWAY, or be screwed like we were. Will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK EVER. If I could give zero stars I would. VERY upset.
