Tiffany, the Branch Manager, helped me with an account situation recently. She was very helpful and professional. Have been banking at Tyndall for many years. Definitely recommend!

I would give Zero stars if it were an option. Staff is polite but uninformed and unable to think through a problem and offer absolutely no help in solving problems. It seems they are buried in rules and protocols that strangle any ability to work out solutions. The only communication one gets are the lines he or she is reading from an algorithm. Corporate banking ( even though aren’t a. Real bank) at is finest . I will not deal with these people. I hung up frustrated and angry. Afterward, I flew to a branch that advertised they were open late only to find locked doors!

It’s right before Christmas and they hit a dear Friend of mine with $200 worth of fee’s. It would be one thing if she was irresponsible, but that was not the case. They did not properly educate her on their horrific fee’s.She switched from a main stream banking institution due to their 10$ a month fee’s and to support a local credit union. That was the worst mistake she could have made. Right before Christmas 3 small children, and they would not work with her. I myself have always appreciated credit unions, however this has placed a disgusting taste in my mouth. I am truly appalled.

The Chipley branch is absolutely awful. Staff are uninformed, rude, LAZY and snobby. I live in Alabama so I usually use the Dothan branch. Been to Chipley 3x and all 3 experiences were terrible. Thank goodness I don’t live here and this isn’t my normal location or my account would be closed. This branch seems to be more concerned with how much work they can get out of doing and keeping their social media in check on their cell phones.
