This is the best experience I have ever had with a 'banking institution"! Had a checking account with UFCU for 1 year and needed to purchase a new car. The first experience was so easy! Now, 2 years later I am looking again - but this time expected it to be a more difficult situation, since someone ran in to me & totaled my car. Nope! UFCU, I love you guys!! You're so easy to work with, and I just want you to know how much I appreciate you, your awesome customer service and incredibly quick response time. YOU GUYS ROCK!

I would genuinely like to know who's brilliant idea it was to take away the teller system in Banks and replace it with all ATMs. it is such a inconvenience to deal with this .maybe I don't have my ATM card and need to pull out cash. where the hell are you on that one UFCU. Thank you for continuing to failure customers

Beware there's no tellers that can do cash transactions. Very nice staff here, but UFCU decided to cut on overhead costs at this branch thus affecting their customers on the easiness of regular banking.

This is a real full service bank, despite what anoher review claims. They even have a coin machine!

It's not a bank. It's just an office and some drive-through ATMs. Don't be fooled and think it has the functions of a bank.
