Unions really don’t care about the workers they care what the company wants

What was the best part of the experience?
There wasn’t any they have a book that shows the collective agreement but nothing was ever done about the situation you are rights are just working when the company allows it and the union doesn’t do anything about it so the contract it’s just a piece of paper that doesn’t mean anything
What would you change about the experience?
The people are the worst people ever they get paid by employees but they really work for the company

Ursula and Maria from food basics allow people to abuse the employees with harassment discrimination and sexual harassment against employees from the company management I hope they are proud of allowing employees to be treated like this I have so much more to say and show the world how they did this you will see this soon I promise and then will talk about Chris and his supervisor john

Have dealt with this credit union for 20 years & i cant say enough good about them! Great way to establish credit with lower interest rates. Great staff!

Money often gets put into wrong account and it takes up to a week for a check to clear so you can get your money

They spend more time stealing money then working. 32,000 missing from one account and 10,000 stolen in a week from another. My father can't pay bills because of them, and now 5,000 that they insisted on putting into a savings account is mysteriously missing. They refuse to explain where the money went or why. He's hoping they don't steal his paycheck that went in today. In the past when they stole they said they were making car payments then admitted that was faulse and the thief would pay it back with time. Another occasion she signed him up for car insurance he didn't need then paid those thousands back. This time no excuses just attitude.

This is the worst bank ever. They scan your license into the computer but then still insist on you giving it for every transaction. They have outdated service. I have two separate accounts and cannot transfer money online between the two. You can’t do anything online like other banks, take a picture of your check and deposit it online forget it - this is far too advanced for this bank! Drive through I swear try’s to make it the longest experience they can which is the opposite of what a drive through is supposed to be. I have never been through that drive through without at least a 10 minute transaction. They take your license but then ask you your address and name - like REALLY you have my license. Tried to cash a check from another UFCW member and they “HAD” to call the other member before cashing it - RIDICULOUS. They never got in touch with them and refused to cash it, I took it back and took a pic sent it to PSECU and it was deposited in my account almost immediately. Bank tellers are unhappy and not helpful and very slow!
