Avoid- items missing from pre paid order, several emails later still cannot gain the missing items. They asked if we could forward photos or ctv images of the box been unpacked showing all items. The value of the missing items is negligible in comparison to the time taken to gain a resolution and their attitude and response is unbelievable. As if we would go to the effort to about a few missing items. However the items were required for use in our trade showroom open days so at our busiest time we visited our local stationary shop to gain the products required.We have now requested the collection of all the order and certainly will not use this company or recommend. A very rude and unprofessional company to deal with.Unfortunately your email only requests the above and you have sent several stated your cctv shows the box being packed, however you have not sent that information and has we have confirmed when we opened the packaging here and checked the items to the packing list we identified the missing items and advised as per your terms. We have no requested that the full order is collected and refunded as we will not deal with a company with this standard of customer service. I confirm you emails responses do not offer a resolution. Please advise your collection date and we can at least draw a line under this time consuming and unpleasant experience,
