First off, I'd like to say thank you Kayla for you being both patient and graceful during my transaction with you, I appreciate it. However, the customer service overall needs to be addressed and fixed at this location. I waited in line for over a half an hour as two employees allowed another to serve customers with the line going back to the door with no help. All one lady could say was that she wasn't on the clock til 10:30 but stood by as the line was back to the door. The atmosphere is extremely hot with no AC for the customers while the staff are able to conduct their business in comfort in a controlled environment. To add insult to injury, the customer service is usually lackluster and whenever one's ethics are questioned it is usually met with attitude. Service the community, but care about those who you are supposed to be servicing.
