The owner of this establishment has showen me on many occasions that he lacks tact and respect when dealing with his customers. He has even raised has his voice twoards me infront of other shopers for asking for a simple recipt. I have learnt that He only shows respect to you if he is taking your money.

Always love Uncle Buck's been going there for years. When needing things like tools ect that has been my first stop. Great staff very helpful!

They wouldn't even get a 1 star from me but I had no choice. DON'T DEAL WITH THESE CROOKS. MY RINGS WERE DUE ON CIVIC HOLIDAY WEEKEND ..THEY CHARGE ME EXTRA $20 ( I just found out that they actually charged us more than 20,) ..the initialloan was for$100 with a payback of $129). The rings were due on Thursday but we forgot and they're supposed to have a 5 day grace period. So they were closed Sunday and Monday. Today being August 6, they were due 4 days ago but when I remembered them on Sunday they didn't open till Tuesday, they charged us 58% as we paid back $158 for a $100 pawn. It was to be $129 payback. They close early, sometimes they're not open when it says its supposed to be. BECAUSE THEY WERE CLOSED. I TOLD HER THAT I AM REPORTING HER AND SHE DIDN'T CARE. SHE MUST LIKE BAD REVIEWS BECAUSE I TOLD HER AND SHE COULDN'T CARE LESS. REPORTING TO BBB FOR NOT DOING PROPER BUSINESS. Also REPORTING to consumer affairs. These people are absolute CROOKS. GO TO THE HOCK SHOP MUCH BETTER RATES AND SERVICE. STAY AWAY. This is #1 of the top ten businesses that I believe are horrible. There's all kinds of pawn shops, no need for anyone to go through what we did. It might be only $30 but at this time in my life I really needed that $30.

They have an honor system, if you've never sold anything to them chances are they will look for any little thing just so they can say no, i guess I am never going to Uncle Buck's again because every time i try to pawn something they give me a silly excuse of why they can't take it
