Recently opened a loan and come to find out they charge a huge fee to pay over the phone by debit $10. Wont do any more loans through here.. and will recommend people to go elsewhere.

I just stopped by today to open a checking account and was BLOWN away with the service. They stayed open late because I stopped in after work. Walked me through the process and it only cost a $1 to open an account. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed with UCU. I used my debit card yesterday morning at Smoothie King. When I got to work I checked my balance (like I do every morning) and realized that my account was negative. On my lunch break I deposited money into my checking account to bring my balance positive, pay for my debit card use that morning and still have extra money. Today I was charged a "Real Time" fee of $25. When I called they would not take the fee off. I have had multiple car loans, a personal loan and a checking/savings account with UCU for years now. Guess that doesn't matter when it comes to an unhappy client.

Debit card was canceled without being notified! Been two weeks and in still waiting on a new one.

Terrible credit union. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I don't think anywhere there really knows what they are doing. I couldn't get a straight answer from anyone. They monitor your spending habits and I'm almost certain they sell that information to 3rd party companies. Lose your debit card or have an issue and you'll be waiting over 2 weeks to get a replacement while other places can issue you one immediately. I've had nothing but problems with this place. Time to try someplace else for a change.
