I own a dealership, Jose at United Finance came recommended by a friend for my customers with less than perfect credit apply for a car loan. The first customer i had fill out an application online was promised she would know if she was approved for the loan that same day, that didn't happen. When i called to follow up Jose was never available due to taking lunch for several hours or was busy and no one else could help me. When the loan was approved for $3000 less than the value of the car Jose thought it was a good idea to tell her they only finance the wholesale value of the car and we were overcharging her by $3000. When i look up the retail value of the car i can see is is priced within range for the market and was actually cheaper than most others with similar mileage. The $4000 he said it is worth is less than a dealer would take it on trade (then sell it for the $7000 it is worth).

Avoid this place like the plague! I didnt realize how insanely high the interest rate was that I was actually paying and their people will try to pass it off like its no big deal. Finance through this place and youll literally pay double! WAIT ON WHATEVER IT IS YOURE PLANNING ON BUYING!! THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF AND A SCAM!!

Months of hell between them and the dealership.... I just made a payment to bring me current out of the mess they both caused including breach of contract (their end), and they surprise me with telling me it's being repo'd. Saying I told them to. WTH?! Making up stories now to scam more money? Additional charge for canceling a repo apparently costs $150 even when they make up a story😂 #scam #conmen #rapingcustomer Now Feb and they still harass. They even called a friend of mine today after being explicitly told to never contact them for any reason whatsoever!!!!!They love to keep coming up with excuses for why they call etc. I called back AGAIN today after already dealing with them and Eric didn't seem to comprehend that that have zero authority to call anyone but myself. LOOSER

Eric Young is a liar and made my experience want nothing to do with United Finance again. I'm very disappointment with the lack of service after totaling my vehicle willingly to pay off I was told a set amount. They lied.
