Useless service, very angry. Scammers! I contacted them for small business loan, were all lovely at first, then didn't contact me, I sent the relevant information, then they asked for 12 months records which luckily checked reviews and haven't sent anything else, then said needed to see a months income on the card machine the sister company United merchant services had provided. I had gone with this card company under the premise of recieving a loan, and being assured that they provided next day funding bank service. Today I have been told that they won't do this service for 3 to 6 months! This was one of the reasons for using this card machine company. Warning to everyone avoid like the plague, I'm contacting trading standards. Capify and United Merchant services complete scam!

Embarrassing. They approve you for £30,000 for merchant finance after you sent them 12 months of processor statements, 6 months of bank statements and other documents. After a week (and approval) they tell you that they cannot fund an LTD set up by guarantee instead of shares. Now, since the company house is accessible by everyone you can clearly see from the very beginning this information as well as within the other documents provided. Also, it simply does not add up. Merchant Finance is pay back by withdrawing a set percentage from the daily sale directly from your payment processor so how can the difference between LTD by share and guarantee impact this? It also sounds a bit peculiar that this is advised to you after you have provided all docs, be approved etc.. Now, by reading other reviews it seems there is a common thread here of time wasting and dodgy decision . Stay well aware of this company.

Disgusting, not an ounce of professional courtesy never mind general manners, a guy called Gerald called me and after discussing options with me said would go away and come back to me with some ideas and now a week later no contact even after an email prompt from me which has been ignored, if that's the service they offer I feel that I had a lucky escape and would not want to do business with them. They must be one of those financial businesses that you read about all the time at least I have since found a trustworthy and reputable company to deal with. #luckyescape #unprofessional #ignorant #scammers

Very complex set up, request for documents after documents. Not very clear informations of the process and how the whole thing works. Merchant takings kept for a week before released. Very high set up fees. Not raccomended. At one point we have been contacted by three different persons.Someone describe this business as: You sold your soul to the devil.NOT worth the bother
