非常差劲的骗子公司。寄一台机子，然后扣了二台机子的钱，不肯退！刷了一个月后，所有钱被他们公司扣压，一分钱没收到，还被扣了一推乱七八糟的费用！钱被扣后，服务人员也消失了，不接电话不回信息。打他们公司电话也讲，要扣压半年，现在半年到了也不退钱！千万不要装他们机子。装之前讲各种好，有问题时就消失了

I've been using this company for a good amount of time, and I'm kinda satisfied with their services. It's good that they didn't change their rate like other companies. Overall, it is a trustworthy company , I'll recommend for my friends. Definitely, will choose Universal for my second location.

If I could give it zero, I would do so. They are thieves!!!They stole my money when they deposited my money into my account . When I found it, I called to ask for my money back. They kept using so many different excuses to conceal their wrongdoing. They also talked to you with bad attitude.Even when all the proofs were presented, they still had the nerve to compose another excuse. They will never confess their wrongdoing. They will only send you a message that says they made a mistake when you tell them you will sue them. Never ever try to do business with them!!!!!!

I have been doing business with universal processing with 3 and half years. Great customer services there. They provide free terminal, its a great price for our small business to start with. The most thing that I like is customer support 24 hours available. There s always someone whenever I called.

Great processing company, I have using them for years, they always response my inquires quicky. I have changed serveral credit card companies for my business before Universal Processing, this is the best one.

Worst company ever. They are a bait and switch company who lies about everything! This is how it started! I got a called from them to ask the rate plan. They said they would send me a representative to discuss about it . The representative came and collected the information from my employees. He went back set up the account without notify me. This was insane. Once I started to use the services , they lied about fees, customer services was extremely poor. They promised me about zero cancellation fee, but it was totally a lie. Stay away from this company! If I could give them no stars I would.

Worst company ever! The sales overpromised me a lot of things. When I call the customer services to cancel my account, they put me on hold and never get back to me. When I come back to the states, I will switch back to bank. Be aware of this company.
