If I could give a 0 star we would Universal solution the owner Robert did not even set a meeting with myself and wife instead he had his sisters take our $500 down and sign a contract be very careful and make sure you read the contract or have a meeting instead of giving your money to these people because if something is added to your report well his sisters are fixing your credit again his sisters not Robert he sells houses or if your score drops even a bit you're going to lose all the money you put down or paid and they will not help you they will say you fell out of contract and block you and hang up .you been warned ...... after shortly posting this review I was contacted by Universal Solutions inc. I received a text and phone call being threatened by text by this individual who clearly is unprofessional stating I have 24hours to remove my Google review or they would post my personal information on Facebook live further more his employees suggested to add collections to my account and that people he made calls to where on it .I did indeed save all the screen shots .this company is a joke and is corrupted. I would like to inform you and your employees that is my personal information and if you or your employees release it to any social media or any individual at that without my knowledge or my agreement. I will hold you and each person in your company responsible and I will proceed in court .I already contacted a lawyer.please except that this is a public review and that is it please do not contact me or my wife and we ask you and your employees stop this harassment. what it is best to do is cease and desist .thank you you have a nice day Mr Robert Sandoval
