I went through the drive up window and got the worst customer service I’ve ever had at a bank or CU. Her tone was angry, said “what are we doing to ya” in a hostile way. After the transaction got an equally angry sounding “card and receipt”. I thanked her, didn’t get one back. I really loathe going there. The tellers in general seem like exhausted teenagers going through some sort of crisis. This institution could really use a change in its work culture.
