Feedback:

离谱，办个东西也要我跑2趟！因为银行人员弄错东西，导致我需要特地第二次跑去处理。跟我接洽的是同一位职员，结果也没有因为弄错东西跟我道歉，一句道歉都没有！而且动作太慢了，有几个柜台人员很散漫，我不明白这家分行为什么还可以得奖。
