Absolutely shocked, had a question about my car registration as I am new to doing it all myself. The lady in the post office who served me had a face like a slapped a**, she had blonde / grey hair in a ponytail, older, and had a husky voice and couldn’t even pretend to be kind. When answering my question she spoke down to me, in a tone of disgust as if I was supposed to know the answer to my own question. Completely unkind, unprofessional service. I’d hope employees here have a catch up on their attitudes. Shameful for a grown woman to be so awful to a young adult who is looking for information.
