My review is of the Kiwibank part of the shop. I was served by an older woman who appeared to not know what she was doing or the banks usual processes. She consulted a younger staff member with dark hair, who appeared to be extremely angry judging by her facial expression. She honestly, did not stop frowning and glared at me when questioning the banking I was attempting to get done. Kiwibank, you really need to work on recruiting COMPETENT, HAPPY, HELPFUL staff. I have never walked out of a bank feeling so badly about my experience. A smile and friendly manner should be a MUST from all your staff.
