I usually don’t leave reviews but I felt I should. I currently work two jobs one here in NJ and one in PR. To say the least, it was super complicated to even try to do my taxes on my own. So when I heard Dave Ramsey recommend professional CPAs in my surrounding area, I said “Hm, Let me give this a try!” I filled out a contact form and about a day later I received a call from Adam’s secretary. She was really nice I explained my situation and I specifically asked: “Does he know about international taxes? I really need guidance.” She responded “Yes, he’s worked with international taxes.” I felt at ease. I met with Adam. He was very laid back and helpful. He explained that he would get in contact with me to help me out ways to make a payment plan to pay back the IRS. This was at the end of March - he emailed me again in April stating he would call me. Until today, nothing no messages no call no email. That’s not professional. I expected so much more especially that he was referred by Dave Ramsey. When it comes to taxes, it’s not fun. And honestly I was hoping someone can help out but I guess we live and learn.
