Spoke with Evan (floor manager) about my loan and he was beyond helpful! Not only is he easy to work with, he’s incredibly kind. Seems like a genuinely good human. Have yet to have a poor experience here.

Not the most knowledgeable or helpfully bunch. This kid seemed to take enjoyment from my frustration.... and we didn't even get to the negotiations part. Such a waste of my time.This may not be a box store but customer service is still required if you want any of my money.

Doesn't even deserve one star I was very unhappy with my visit to USA pawn yesterday, I went in to exchange a PlayStation that they sold me that didn't work and talked to an employee named Chris and he said I was setting it up wrong and wasn't helping me set it up either he was ignoring me the entire time. So when I asked for my money back he said we don't give money back so one thing all future customers should know if if a product that they guarantee works doesn't work they won't give you a refund just store credit so you can get ripped off on another product. I called back later in the day and the employee named Chris answered the phone and I asked for the store manager cause I wanted to file a complaint against the employee and he continued to say to me who cares if your an angry customer don't come back in to the store and then hung up on me. So not only am I not aloud back at this store because of this employees incompetence I'm not able to spend the $115 store credit. So for future customers be aware Chris is by far one of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with with being a paying customer, and there is a pawn shop not even 5 minutes up the street that has way nicer employees and prices.

Like being ignored? Like standing in line for half an hour, while the employees engage in smalltalk? Like getting ripped off? Then you would love this place.I've been in here three times, and every time I've felt like I'm either trying to be scammed, ignored, or just being treated in a rude manner. I don't usually give one star, but this place is absolutely abysmal.

This store sold me a an iPhone and said it was from T-mobile AND IT WAS NOT!!! so I tried returning it and the guy said it was from another store (it was not) and he made an excuse that every costumer leaves with a smile but nope I shere did not!!!!

Absolutely do not buy nothing from these people. I bought a used cell phone from them for 50 dollars and the person behind the counter told me that it worked great. The phone only had a 1 percent battery charge which should have been the first red flag. When i got home i went to put my sim card in it and there was no sim card tray. I took it to tmobile and they told me the phone would not work without the tray. The tray is 30 dollars on amazon. I took the phone back to try to get my money back and they would only offer me and in store credit. The girl behind the counter thought it was funny and told me i should have read the reciept and that i should have made sure it worked before i left. A 50 dollar lesson learned. They are dirty and decietful people. I would not doubt that the phone is back behind their display case for the next victim.

What a joke!! They totally try to rip people off and scam them!! Not to mention they are so stupid especially the pregnant younger lady seriously she should have been a blonde or something because she's just ignorant and rude!! She likes to make snide little comments and likes to act like she is so knowledgeable!! The only thing she's knowledgeable in is being crook and ripping people off. Maybe she forgets last time when I was shopping there she was bragging about how she got this very beautiful ring she was wearing for like 80 bucks because in her words "stupid junkies they will take anything for it, it should have been prob closer to 500"!! Which means it is valued at multiple thousand dollars!! Stay away from them!!

Blatantly dishonest and uneducated in the ways of sales and costumer service are the first thoughts that come to mind when I think of how their employee (Natalie) tried to tell me she was unable to check the specs on my HP monitor without a mouse and then she moved onto a different costumer, all the while leaving me behind without a word for correction. Thankfully there was one gentleman by the name of Sterling that was kind, courteous and had knowledge on what he was talking about-- or at least had the decency to educate himself before looking either naive, ignorant or stupid such as his co-worker-- I was shocked that their so-called in-store manager (Blake) allowed such behavior to be displayed by his employees without repercussions. So much for Valuing your costumers USA Pawn & Jewelry. My final words for my long-winded rant would be, "Get out Sterling, while you still can and thank you."
