I wish I could adequately describe the level of unprofessionalism my husband and I experienced during the process of trying to get my home refinanced. Having to reacquaint my loan representative every time I spoke with him is only mildly as difficult and troublesome as it was to actually get him on the phone after we paid the $650.00 dollar appraisal. They are scam artists who care little about you or your future family home.

Don't ever use Valley View Home loans. They are liars and cheaters and did not deliver not only the loan but failed to even notified me that my loan would not happen. They took my $650 for an appraisal, strung me on for 11 months then never got back to me! STAY AWAY!!!
