Air went out Sunday. Placed a ticket into the office at 6am. Received an email saying a technician will be out asap. No one ever called or showed up. It's over 80 degrees in this apartment. I have kids!! The amount of rent that is paid monthly you'd think someone would be running out to fix it. Parking is HORRIBLE. The residents are nasty and most of them keep the stairwells packed with trash and food. Management changed.. Ugh! Long ways from five years ago. It was a much decent place to live. Can't wait for lease to be up.
