Wonderful staff and service, they have helped ever since I opened my first account and with building credit. They have gone out of their way and have taken time to explain to me how things work and what to do! I love walking in and they all know me and say hi and chat,it really makes going to the bank an enjoyable part of my day :) awesome people.

Vectra Bank was very slow with many mistakes in the closing on our house. The closing date was moved 4 times which created issues and lost income on our part due to rescheduling and un-rescheduling work over and over again. After all was said and done, a tree fell on our garage. We were not covered due to the fault of the bank recording the incorrect amount for the homeowner's insurance so there was a delay in payment on the title company's end. Their work is sloppy at best and will certainly cause you to wait and wait and wait. I recommend not using this company for any of your business. Zero stars should be an option. Carolyn Meadowcroft appears to get paid for doing a bad job and that is not right.
