Overall Feedback:

I was interviewed via the telephone for a vacancy and also given a face to face interview the next day. The recruitment officer did say she would email me that day and to attend the next day.No email but I attended the office the next day for an 9.00am interview. I went up to the office in Tyler House where the job vacancy was based. The receptionist said the interview was not there but in Maitland House further down the road. Went there and they gave me an hour long test that I passed. They then said the next part of the interview was back in Tyler House, the building that I first attended. Got over there and was told the manager interviewing me, moved over there the day before to Maitland House and I had then had to go there instead. I must admit that I did wonder should I bother working for such an unorganised company? I went over there and thought the interview went well I thought. I asked if they are a company that I would have to raise my hand to go to the loo? or do they have a very short call wrap time where it can be hard to resolve the query? I advised him that in a previous call centre, people would drop call onto to you when the poor customer never realised as they were told they are passing the call to someone that can help. Even after the customer explaining everything to them. This was done as the CSA was under pressure to get rid of the call. After the interview he said he would contact me within a couple of days. The start date was in one weeks time.One week later I called them for an update. I was advised that I had done well in the interview but I indicated that I wished to work in a more relaxed environment so I was not offered the job. I never put my age on the CV so really hope that it was nothing to do with my age.
