Overall Feedback:

I have probably helped your unlucky customers more by adding this screenshot from the website to assist with any difficulty they may experience with your craptastic product than by calling your company. It is extremely disappointing, companies such as yours looking at schools as cash cows and packaging half built, half tested products pushing this muddled crud through the system and we are stuck with the end result.
