My husband and I, heard great things about them so we decided it was worth a shot. Since the very beginning something seemed to be a bit off with the loan officer Kelly. She didn't even have our paperwork ready or the approval and she was already guaranteeing us there would not be an issue. I previously bought a home myself and normally you can't guarantee anyone. So she asked my husband for paperwork and we provided it to her. We were still waiting on the preapproval and she said we can start looking at houses. We finally liked a house and the sellers agent was waiting on the preapproval and Kelly got on the phone with him, and told him everything was fine she guaranteed him, and us. One week before closing she calls us and says we aren't approved. She then called the sellers agent and said the same thing. She then called us back and said as long as we add you we should be fine. She then called the sellers agent and told them the same thing. One day, yes you read that correctly one day before our new closing date she says that isn't going to work either. At this point we are upset, the sellers agent, and the sellers are also. Luckily, we found a new loan officer and company that took care of this nightmare for us. My best advise to you IF THEY GUARANTEE FROM THE START YOU ARE APPROVED RUN!!
