Horrible place to do your banking! Supposedly all about the members yet if there's an issue with your account and it's not their fault they basically tell you tough luck! They could care less that you've been there for 15+ years but because they waived a fee for you once years ago too bad for you! And their "great rates for members" are not great! Anytime we've tried getting a loan we get better rates from actual banks that we have no affiliation with. Customer service staff are rude. And the manager is condescending & speaks to you like you are a child. But if you have A+ credit & a ton of money (not living check to check like the majority of the country) then Vibe will probably work out great for you.

I've been going here since 2010 (formerly known as Telcom CU) And I absolutely love it. I typically talk to Veronica the most, and she's always helping me out. Everyone at this CU is kind and I highly recommend this company :)
