The worst service in my live! the teller I dealt with did not help me at all and did not under stand what I was trying to do. I tried to call the corporate call center to get it fixed and the lady over the phone said she could not help me due to what the teller did at the branch. But she understood what I needed. She kept saying that she could transfer me to the teller too see if she could undue what she did, I told the lady if the branch could not do it right the first time why would I try again to explain it to her. I will be closing my account their. I have been a customer there for 20 years and I feel like it has become disconnected. I only stayed with them because I remember when the bank was great when it was Deer Harvester credit Union and they cared about what you needed done.

The WORST darn credit union.I have been a customer since 2007 and was recently declined an auto loan due to my income being inconsistent. I am a full time photograoher based in Brooklyn, NY and file as an independent contractor. Most of my income goes back into my business and is tax deductible. It is very upsetting that Vibrant does not support the artist community and takes very little consideration into customer loyalty, small business and loans that have been previously paid off. I highly suggest any other financial institution other than Vibrant.

"Have a Vibrant Day!" They never fail to make me smile. This is the bank my grandmother goes to, and she is older and they are so patient and understanding. Love Vibrant!
