After our daughter ended up totaling her first car we need a replacement. We had been looking all over the Twin Cities for a replacement and then came across a few options at Bavaria. Doug was great! He met with us after business hours and let us drive a few different cars that she liked. We ended up buying a 2014 Ford Focus hatchback that my daughter loves! It didn't have heated seats which was a bummer because my daughter had back surgery and could really use them, but Doug found a way to have heaters installed and that made the purchase perfect! I would recommend this place to anyone!!! Great Service!!!

Very disappointed, been a month and I haven't received my license plates which I was supposed to get in less than 2 weeks, now Iam calling and I am not getting an answear. A very bad experience I would say, I mean it's always nice to be nice.
