If you're a small business looking for competent and affordable legal assistance I recommend Virginia Small Business Law. We don't have big company legal problems and don't need/can't afford to pay big company legal people. VSBL took the time to understand what we were trying to accomplish with a business transaction, and provided solid paperwork to memorialize the agreement and protect us as much as possible.

I almost hate leaving a bad review, but I have to this time. Mr. Justin had been very lenient and always delayed when sending any response, I had to follow up several time with my every task from the day 1, He never really cared or valued the business and would not recommend VSBL to any one.

I purchased a package deal to complete all of the start up aspects of creating a small business. I got a huge amount of value for the cost. In fact, I think I got the better end of the deal! By the time I was done working with VA Small Business Law, I had everything they'd promised, plus a registered agent and partner agreement. They were quick to communicate, met their deadlines, and answered every single question I had thoroughly and ensured I understood the answers, nuances, and recommendations. They were very organized and I appreciated that documentation was thorough, complete, and shared securely via an online portal. Finally, and most importantly, I felt like I gained a partner who cares as much about the legal soundness and success of my small business as I do.
