I have frequented the Waikiwi Pharmacy part of the shop many times and to be honest, many times I have been frustrated and annoyed with either the excessive delays in getting prescriptions or the sheer average customer service! Well, today I encountered both - I took in a prescription for my two boys (2 & 3) and they were with me. It was going to be 15 minutes so we decided to wait. My eldest tells me he needs to wee, so I ask the lady if we can use the toilet for him. I was told no, and to go elsewhere- perhaps try the church next door. Anyone with young children know they cannot hold on for long. We had to leave and rush away to find a toilet which involved a bit of driving - we were lucky to make it! Then to make matters worse, I return only to wait another 10 minutes and then not have all the prescriptons filled and be told i'd have to come back another day for the remainder.For one, if you cant fill a prescription - let me know so I can go elsewhere and two, have a little compassion and customer service! I should have gone to Don St Pharmacy! they're awesome, quick and friendly there!! I just didnt want to cross the road from the Dr with the boys so it was easier to stop here on the way home. NEVER again!
