Worst place ever. I had a vehicle loan here, the loan officer was great the teller staff sucked beyond belief and frustrated me each time I went there. Fast forward 2 years in which my loan has been paid off and they failed to send me the title lien card. I called and left 2 messages and no response 3rd time Iost it and demanded a response. Ridiculous. If you want a bank to treat you poorly go ahead and go here you'll be right at home.

I've been banking with Wakota sense 2010... I love it here! I wish they were more common and different places then just 1 city and I also wish that we could use more ATMS then just the "allpoint" one's and not get charged $3.50 for a users fee... But otherwise if there are more than one "allpoint" ATMs around it would be just fine...

I have A Checking account at this Credit Union I wrote a check to buy some Equipment the guy I bought it from went to the Credit Union to cash the check the Teller tells him we don' t cash are on our own customer checks whats the purpose of a bank or a credit union THIS IS VERY BAD BUSINESS

I've been banking here since I was a teenager, and I have zero regrets. The staff is super helpful, the rates are better than you get at commercial banks, and their fee structure is relatively lenient, in case you, say, accidentally forget to transfer money from savings to checking for a big purchase. They're not always at the forefront of online services, but everything else about them makes it worth it to be a little patient.

Greatest bank EVER!!! Aways a smile and a how are you, without the fake smile. Every body that works there must love there job. That's a place I want to bank at!! Fast and not overly curtious.

My experience with Wakota, unfortunately, was not very good. They often do not return calls or call back several days after they say they will. Programs like mobile deposit can take months to set up. And, when i was finally "eligible" for that service, it took almost a week and multiple calls to them for it to get set up. They also do not have 24/7 customer service. So, if you find yourself in a restaurant after hours, and your card is being declined, even though you have plenty of money in your account, you will not reach anyone to work it out. I would not recommend.

I was turned down for a car loan at my former bank that I had been with for years. I desperately needed a car. I remembered a credit union and took my chances. In 45 minutes I had my loan and a new bank. That was 28 years ago! Thanks Wakota!!
