Client Review on Wall Street Funding

Spoke with a representative Fred. He was abrupt, very rude and unhelpful. I was only interested in hearing information on their funding options. He asked why and I explained. He stopped me mid-sentence and before he hung up on me he led with this statement: "You have lots of questions but no meat in the game. You can't live off of dreams. Bye." If I could give a lower rating I would. There should never be a customer service rep. that is ever that rude to just a curious potential client. I am flabbergasted at the low quality etiquette and soft skills of a company that claims to be the #1 funding company of the nation.
