Really bad people i went in this morning to see if i could apply for a loan and they treated us with no positive attitude i dont know if it was because we were hispanics but they didnt gave us any positive chances of getting a loan without asking question. Just by who we were they said no

We left the Bank do to the Staff very unfriendly atmosphere to the point that we did not feel if we were 10 minutes to closing we better not go. The staff made a point to tell us they closed down the machines and we would be unable to receive money back, but the sign on the door says 6:00PM . They actually had no better benefits than the bank we moved to at least the new bank does not make us feel like we can not deposit close to 6:00 PM. We also tried to get a car loan and they were higher than the dealership, a lot of the things they promote to make them more a pealing they are higher and harder to get ,lots of hoops to jump through. I guess beware there are better banks out there.

Customer service has been slipping over the last year. Now with the merger there are many bumps along the road that make it hard to do business with them. They also aren't as personal as they used to be.

Great staff, helpful and willing to work with you. Very personal small bank feel. Don't often have the best rates, but make up for it based on the above. Online options very limited and old, no integration with mint or quicken.
