Don't trust them. Yes they are nice no pressure BUT they tell you they replace parts when that's not the case. I bought a suburban from them a year ago and just now found out my transmission had a broken bolt that's bin broken for years just by the rust evidence( tranny literally almost fell out) had multiple bolts missing from my brakes all the way around and found out brakes were at least 6 years old. Moral of all this is all these things I was told were replace were actually never were. O and when we took it to them to have it looked at Eric all he did was look under it and said o they are fine but we further investigate for a price when his one mechanic was avalible ( looked over saw at least 4 different mechanics standing around doing nothing) so bottom line buying from them is just like buying a car from craigslist you have no idea what to know except what they tell you
