Very happy with the customer service. There was a miscommunication between the company where we bought the truck and this finance company. Jim at Western Equipment made things right so that we were not overpaying any interest. Human error is a natural occurrence but these days not many people stand by their word. It was such a breath of fresh air to actually come across a company that did stand by their word. I would definitely do business with Jim and his staff again.
