I have been a customer with them for over 15 years, have had multiple loans with them and my wife and I both have savings accounts with them and we have never had one bit of problems with them. They have always been friendly and courteous, especially Mary Jo. I definitely take WNY-FCU over a regular bank any day.

I have been a customer at the Western New York Federal Credit Union for several years. I have always received prompt, courteous attention. The Staff there is friendly, well trained and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the WNY Credit Union for all your banking needs.

Worst bank ever customer service is terrible

Terrible service, and the worst internet banking experience.My wife and I have had an account with them for a few years. But have to always go to bank for small things like, address change, phone number change, open/close a CD, bill pay, etc. The new internet banking they introduced is still the worst. It won't give any information about any activity on you account. They have been charging us $5 per month for no reason they could explain for last six months. I feel like going to another credit union now. Don't go to this bank and don't waste your time and money.
