Third time now where I’ve gone to drop off a pre paid post package, just a few minutes before 5pm, and the doors are closed and locked. Double checked the time on my phone, and the radio news hadn’t started. Very frustrating- stick to your posted opening hours please.

This has to be the rudest Indian lady I've ever met, she was smirking when she told me putting a fragile sticker on my parcel means nothing, I was shocked at how rude she was and I won't ever come back here again, my first and last visit.

Horrible customer service.I went in to pick up a package, it wasnt there so I left and returned later near the end of the day. I went back, was about 3rd in line when the women at the counter yells over the counter and other waiting customers to laugh at me and say "oh the courier just left and didnt leave your package" all while smirking at me. To make matters worse when i asked if they'd be open tomorro (a Saturday) she laughs in my face again and says "we're suppose to be but no)

Lady working there today (28/2/18)before closing is probably the rudest person to work in customer service in the entire world. If you want to post anything after 4:30 forget it, she will make you feel super uncomfortable, talk about you to other workers (very loudly) and then snap when you don’t take her hints of rudeness! And tell you straight to your face to hurry up (this being when it was the whopping time of 4:53) if you feel like leaving a store feeling horrible go on down.
