I wish I could give 0 stars. I DREAD calling or dealing with them whatsoever! Very rude, and unpleasant. I’ve dealt with them for multiple loans and no matter what the issue, they always have a terrible attitude. The office manager, Christine, is of no help whatsoever either and has a terrible attitude, as well. I wish there were more local servicing companies because I’d rather pay more but do business elsewhere.

Super Bad Service . Only Gave 1 star to post. No Correct Accounting. When Questioned Two Female idiots Just Gave Run around with Emails. Last Straw when trying to be cordial and trying to solve problem they hang up phone no matter what at 4PM. Childish Immature People faking there way through being Professional? Making mistakes 5 years ago and trying to Charge fees with no documentation 5 years later come on know! You will regret doing business with these amateurs you have been worned!!

I agree with the others here... TERRIBLE customer service. I've overlooked a few issues over the years, but when I recently stopped in to get a re-conveyance notarized (and asked if they could notarize an additional document) they said "NO." Are you kidding me? All they had to do was stamp one more piece of paper for a loyal. long-term customer... but THAT was asking too much of these lazy office trolls. Capella Mortgage dropped them long ago because of constant fumbles... and now I have too. I'm giving them a generous "2-stars" because my rage has passed.

I would give no stars but had to too post. This is the WORST company I have ever had to deal with period! They don't answer e-mails and make you jump through hoops unimaginable. All I need was a payoff check from a home sale and they stalled me for over 40 e-mail requests and notarized paperwork they had the whole time but sad they couldn't find it... I would fire a guy named Kevin Baculi as he is the worst Service rep for a do nothing to help anyone I have ever dealt with. One word answers on e-mails that simply state "received" Pure Pathetic. How they even have business is beyond me. Another winner is Claudia Dirodio...she was cc'd on many e-mails but never answered one period...She needs to go also...Stay as far away from this charlatan company as possible...Why the Nevada BBB doesn't lock up this place is beyond me.. Good luck...I warned ya
