Some of the rudest staff I have ever come across. Similar to the review below I visited the store to send my Passport back to the UK for cancellation. The staff told me it would cost $85!!!! I showed them my letter from HM Passport office which clearly stated that the passport could be returned via standard mail but they still told me I was wrong. After refusing the $85 option they finally agreed to send it standard post but 'on my head be it'. At what point is it acceptable to insinuate documents will be lost? is your line of work not to send documents successfully? The woman serving me was smirking the entire time and being EXTREMELY patronizing. She basically told me my passport will never get to England. SO UN-PROFESSIONAL! RUDE!
