Overall Feedback:
Ok, so I want to say that I do not have a loan with this company but a family member of mine does. I have power of attorney and make all of her payments. I have it set up through my bank to send the payment out to be received 5 days before the due date. They called me on 8 different occasions to see if I could have the payment in earlier and then call my bank to verify that the check is good. What! Then, on several occasions, the vehicle was turned off while she was driving and we had to have it towed because we could not get ahold of anyone and each time we were told it was a mistake. Yet they refused to pay the two towing bills. There is one lady there who is horrible. I cannot believe that she could get a job anywhere with her behavior. Finally, they also have reported to the credit bureau that the payment has been 60 days late 5 times. I just retained an attorney today. I have taped conversations that you would not believe. They are not going to let someone go 30 days late much less 60. They owe me 176 dollars as well as they need to fix my aunts credit. That is a definite no no. I have proof it is paid on time every time. If you need financing for bad credit, PLEASE, PLEASE, go somewhere else. This is an every month nightmare. I have always paid my bills on time but you would have thought I was the worst person in the world the way that ********* talked to me. She needs to go and maybe your business will get better. Anyway, you are listed as defendant now.
