I've been coming here for years for my watch batteries and sizing. They are amazing! If they have a problem changing my battery they only take a few days to replace it. I would highly recommend them (which I do to everyone)!

I needed some links taken off my Invicta watch, and I thought I was really lucky when I found this place was offering that service for $8-12 (compared to everyone else offering the service for a minimum of $15). I took the watch in and the employee worked on it for about 15 min and said it was stuck and that he needed the watchmaker to come in tomorrow and look at it so I left it with them until the day after. I come in the next day, and the employee tells me no links were able to be removed but they ended up breaking their equipment, so I needed to pay $12 for their mistake! I end up paying the $12 for nothing, and he says I need to contact Amazon because they’ve never had a problem like this. He also mentions not to go to another jeweler because it’s a problem with the watch. I took the watch to ‘It’s About Time’ off Medlock Bridge and the manager there was able to take the links off and give it back to me in 5 minutes. Never coming back and I wouldn’t recommend them for anyone. PS I gave them 2 stars because the employee was friendly

BEWARE! I brought my engagement ring to be sized... "May" asked all kinds of questions about the diamonds and were they insured . I checked on it two weeks later and "George" tells me he has broken one of the baguettes and he wants $650 to replace it. Now I'm six weeks away from a planned engagement and I have this terribly suspicious incident to try and sort out. I can't be certain the diamonds I dropped off are the same as what I'm getting back until I can take the ring back to where I had it made. This place is swapping out diamonds! It's even more suspicious that the owner insists that I pay in cash?! In my opinion you would do well to avoid this business at all costs.

Based on reviews I drove one hours from Atlanta to Wholesale Jewelers for a watch repair and it was definitely worth the drive. Jay did an amazing job repairing my Rolex Daytona. I was able to pickup the watch the same day I dropped it off. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to repairs and services. Great customer service. Wholesale Jewelers is the best! Thanks again

I just walked in to this establishment and the person at the desk was so rude and dismissive. He barely greeted me and then seemed inconvenienced by my presence. I strongly recommend going to one of the other many choices available.

When I walked into the store, the employee did not greet me as he was on the phone. I walked to the counter and he did not end his phone conversation, but he nonchalantly asked "can I help you?" I explained that I needed a new battery watch. He took my watch, walked back and continued his phone conversation as he installed my new battery. It only took him about 5-8 minutes to install the new battery. After the installation he walked back to the counter and was still on the phone as I checked out. He did not offer me a receipt, so I had to ask for it. He never made eye contact with me nor did he thank me coming in. While the service was very quick, the employee lacked customer service. I was the only customer in the store and felt that I should've been appreciated and serviced much better. As a previous employee in the retail industry, I believe that each customer should recieve high-quality customer service. Thank you for your efficiency in installing my new watch battery, but I would've appreciated better customer service and a more personable experience. I pass this store every day, but I will not return for any other service.
