We just hosted dinner for our friends and served aged filets and they were SO good. Everyone complemented the steaks and ate every bite, so fresh! I also love the pork chops (ask them to get them at least an 1+ thick) and dried sausage. Wonderful people, great food--can't get anything better than Wiatrek's!

Absolutely the best place to shop for fresh meat. I've been trading with Wiatreks Meat Market since 1971. When you shop there you are dealing with professionals in a family atmosphere.

Great place to get good quality meats or have processing done for deer, hogs etc. They'll cut your steaks as thin or thick as you want and are very friendly.

We were very excited when Wiatrics came to San Antonio! We live in Helotes and made the trip to your new meat market. We bought several items to include 2 Rib Eye steaks. We just finished our dinner, these steaks take tough as a boot to a new level. We could not chew them, the cap was so tough our knives would not cut thru, the texture was almost like rubber. We are so disappointed! Please respond to a first time customer that is very upset!
