I don't know if his name is justin or not, but I've had other collection agencies be so nice to me and everything but he was the rudest agent ever. I dont know how others say they are helpful when in reality he clearly was not. I've been going through bunch and didnt even know my last one didnt go through until he just said something and if it didnt i would of fixed it regardless and i have bunch of financial stuff come up and he didnt even care and didnt even listen to me especially when i explained why I didnt answer because i was out of the country and he kept saying why like I shouldnt go out of the country. Yeah i put myself in this situation but he needs to learn compassion
