Steve Polotti, the service mgr, is the easiest person I have ever had to deal with. Makes every interaction comfortable. Whether your there for a scheduled maintenance or just a car wash, Steve makes you feel like that is his most important appointment for the day. Steve is definitely the reason I want to go back every time.

I purchased a new Rogue on Labor Day from Sansone Jr Windsor Nissan due to Carmine Buono. I leased 3 Altima's in a row from Acme Nissan and when I went back to them they gave me the runaround. My husband and I do NOT like getting played with so I went to Windsor Nissan and met with Carmine. He is AMAZING! He pulled up the car we wanted, took us for a tour of the dealership, sat us down, and went only ONE time to get numbers that I could afford. NO GAMES, NO SMOKE AND MIRRORS ROUTINE that you find in every other dealership. I recommend Carmine Buono to everyone! He is funny, polite, and an overall REAL gentleman.
