Rubbish can Neva get through on the phone I have tried a numerous of times, the one time it tuk me 30times on phone. SORT UR PHONE LUNE OUT or get A second phone.

Staff very good friendly. Can sometimes be very busy. A good local service. Rather bank with you than big banks. Phone lines take ages to get through however. Now use internet only

very friendly, helpful and very polite staff. Will try and help you as much as they can. Always happy and cheerful and although I don't use the CU at the moment I'm considering savng with them for 2018 xmas. In the past they have been wonderful to me.

I love this place alway's friendly and proffesional staff .... Although the phone line Is ridiculous ! Why not get atleast another phone If you have so many call's come threw .... 230 I called at one point to no avail.

How can I be calling from 14.50 to 15.30 a total of 270 calls and the line is busy all that time I really can't see it being that busy
