I was very pleased with the service at the Main St Fitchburg office until today. I was promised a return call from the assistant manager concerning a very large problem with my account. I didn't receive a call and the branch is now closed. I'm very disappointed in the lack of follow up from the assistant manager Chris.

Workers is a great credit union to do business with. This location in specific has a kind staff with each individual willing to help with whatever necessary. The only reason I took off a star is because I had to go out of my way whenever I wanted to make a deposit due to the outdated ATM deposit system. Otherwise, I’ve always had a good experience here.
